Tofu smoothie!

I know. It sounds gross, right? It isn't! It's very delicious & super easy & quick!
Being a vegetarian, I find it a little difficult to make sure I get the correct amount of protein & nutrients I need in my day. I wanted to try doing something with tofu because it is packed with protein, but I wasn't sure what to start with. So I bought extra firm tofu, & I decided I'd use it in a smoothie today. Here's the recipe if you're interested!

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of tofu (I used extra firm, silken is the recommended.)

- 1/2 cup of any fruit you'd like. I used blueberries, & added 1 full banana.

- 1 cup of orange juice

-a few ice cubes

- 1 tsp of honey or sugar.

Optional:
I also put in about 1/2 - 1cup of vanilla yogurt because I didn't like the taste of mine but that is completely up to you!

Notes:
Any fruit can be used, I only had bananas & blueberries!
